We're confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our event. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you have changed your mind about your purchase please contact us at redpandatricking [at] gmail.com or via the form on the Contact Us page. All returns and refunds are assessed on an individual, case-by-case basis. Please note: some exclusions apply. We typically cannot provide returns or refunds for change of mind and reserve the unilateral right to decline any return or refund requests; however, our Customer Representatives may be able to change the names of tickets. For any returns or refund requests that are accepted, a 15% administration fee may apply.
To apply for a return, please forward your receipt or proof of purchase to redpandatricking[at]gmail.com. There are, occasionally, certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
In the rare event your item is faulty on arrival, please send your order number and receipt to redpandatricking[at]gmail.com for assessment. If the fault or defect is minor, Event Representatives may assist you in resolving the issue and/or supply the required parts as soon as possible.
Incorrect item received
In the event that an incorrect item is received, please contact redpandatricking@gmail.com with your order number to discuss a return and replacement.
